「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」

「Ein tolles Hotel in Gehdistanz zu allen Möglichkeiten, mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Baselcard ist super und die Bags um sich im Rhein treiben zu lassen sind genial. Zuerst waren wir etwas erstaunt über den Preis des Frühstücks, doch es war sehr reichhaltig und ausserordentlich vielseitig. Es hat sich gelohnt. Werden es wieder besuchen. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here very much, the location is very central to the train station and trams, as well as easily walkable to main tourist attractions. The hotel is on a bustling street with late night bars. The breakfast buffet is provided with fee, but it was very delicious. 」

「An absolutely great hotel! Parking around downtown is awful but the hotel was great. If driving to town, leave the car somewhere far from downtown and you'll be fine.」

「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」

「Wij waren met de caravan op doorreis en verbleven hier. We konden de caravan ook goed kwijt en er waren 2 laadplekken. Het bed was wel een beetje hard. Verder uitstekend! 」
