「很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。」

「Close to the two trams that link to the city or the other part of the city with places of interest. The area is still being redeveloped and I would be excited to see the plans completed because it’s beautiful and will be an even more sought after location to stay in . 「Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. 「Absolutely stunning room and very comfortable bed. Great location, a 10 min walk from the central station. The hotel allowed us to leave our bags at the begining and end of our stay so we could explore. It was a very hot night but an easy to operate air cooler was provided.
