The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Every part of our visit felt well thought out and seamless. "The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. "

"Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and they helped us to park our car temporarily in a tight spot outside the hotel until the valet could come and pick it up in the morning. Excellent breakfast. Great location with a short walk to the historic centre. Bed was very comfortable. Our room window looked out on a rock wall with plants and so was a bit dark."

"Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "

"Lovely Hotel, with a homely atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast. Room large with a nice Balcony overlooking the Pool (which unfortunately we didn't have time to use). Would definitely recommend this Hotel."

"Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel."
