「The room was not what we expected. The beds were bare-bones and hard. Items from a previous tenant were still in the bathroom which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. 「We arrived for a two-night stay and were assigned to the second floor. We had a person in a wheelchair with us and were told that the hotel did not have an elevator. AND that there were no other rooms available. So, coming from out of state we parked ourselves in the lobby until the clerk suggested calling his manager. 「I picked those hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised 24/7 shuttle. Early morning shuttle drop went great. When I returned on a Sunday around 10:45 am the hotel was unable to send someone then for a pickup. First I was told allow 30 minutes. That passed and then I called and was given the run around that shuttle go was out at another location. If that is an airport shuttle, it should be staffed and available for flight returns. 40 minutes passed as I sat with my kids...
