「Lovely little place in a really peaceful setting. It's also great to see a company embrace sustainability as well. However, this is also their downfall as well! Unfortunately we were booked in during the hottest weekend of the year so far over May bank holiday and the only room that had proper aircon was reception! The rest of the place was like an oven. It was awful and uncomfortable, just for this aspect alone. The standard rooms, in comparison to Holiday Inns and Premiere Inns, and even...

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)」
