「Too old」

「Enjoyed the lunch」

「Friendly staff, situated near a big supermarket, 20 minutes bus from Norwich City.」

「It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

「Staff was very helpful, clean room, and great location」

「The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave.」

「Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff」

「My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...

「Nice view friendly staff 」

「I stayed here last year at Townhouse Hotel. I was greeted very warmly. The room was warm, clean bedding and towels and hot water, which is all I ask when I stay somewhere. Unfortunately there was no WiFi password anywhere, I never saw anyone to ask but I could have rung the telephone number but I was out both the days. Happy to return when I visit next year.」

「Hotel is tired in places needs some refurbishment. Staff very helpful. Breakfast average.」

「Would be better if wifi is fixed 」

「The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay」

「There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see.」
