「The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. 「The gentleman on reception when we booked in was an excellent host and a good role model for the company. He took us to our room, explained things to us about the hotel, was there again in the evening when we ate and again with us at breakfast. Food was well proportioned and freshly cooked, hot and enjoyable along with value for money. Bedroom was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable all in all we had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone. Hope to come again sometime. 」
