「We loves our stay at the Resort. The rooms were clean, the pool was awesome and the staff was somewhat helpful. My only issue was they knew we were going to Cedar Point durning our stay and never offered us the free parking pass that went with our stay. We found out after the fact that when satying with this hotel we also got free parking and discounted tickets for Cedar Point. Upon arriving I noticed the room was wrong, only to be told by the lady working check in on July 2 2026 it’s not her problem it’s expedias because they booked the room. Luckily upon calling Expedia they confirmed they couldn’t book a previously booked room I had never been in and it was a property mistake and was compensated. 「This is a beautiful little place. It is super convenient to both the amusement park and the sports park. It is also quite close to various other places to eat. It was clean and we appreciated the easy access to ice and fresh water. Ohmar does a great job managing it.」

「The hotel base board was falling apart next to my hotel room. The trash can base was dirty. My room tables was dirty and it was hair in my tub from the last guest. The room looked like it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the back door had trash around the vent. I took it upon myself to ask the hotel for some disinfectant so that I felt like the room was sanitized. Horrible establishment!!」

「Dirty, strange and rude staff with a criminal element mixed in. The pool is algae filled, nothing works like AC, we quickly just left and of course he refused repayment. There was a truck filled with trash, looked like a place for a squatter and it was the property was completely unkept. I was scared for myself and my family and want no one to ever visit.」
