「Great stay!」

「Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying...

「The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever had at a motel. The staff was prompt and courteous.」

「There were stains upon stains on the blankets, pillows, mattress protector, etc. most of them being yellow, some being red, brown and other fun colors. We informed staff and she moved us to another room. The other room had significantly less stains, but still there. The rooms reeked of some sort of air freshener that was extremely overwhelming. 「Housekeeping swept hallway at 8 am on Sunday. Three maids hacked in the hallway for 10 min right outside my door at 930 am until I opened the door and then they all went to work. Doors slam shut constantly and way too loudly. Could always hear people in hallway and in next rooms and above us. Floors and walls are paper thin, no sound proofing at all. I will never stay here again. Even a Hampton inn or a third rate hotel is better than this.」

「The pictures posted are very deceiving that are posted. We got there and seen the outside and was like what the heck. Infested with bird nest outside. We checked in got into room and beds were stained. Employee came to our room and said shower wasn’t working so they moved us when in fact shower did work which was weird. 「I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting room, stained towels and bedding, pool was not operating and was filthy. Man at front desk was not helpful at all. Truly bad experience 😪」

「Our stay was very nice. The rooms could use a little updating, it looks fairly dated in the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was very nice and we will definetely be staying there again.」
