「Checked in around 11:30 at night after we had been in the Cedar Point Park all day we were totally exhausted so didn’t bother to check the beds when my daughter woke up in the morning. Her arm was completely bitten from bedbugs also housekeeping banged on our door at 8:30 AM and asking if our room could be cleaned when checkout was 11 AM since we were off we decided to go to the pool and arrive back at the room around 10:30 to pack up our stuff to be checked out by 11 in housekeeping banged on...

「Overall, the hotel was good, staff was nice and welcoming, always willing to help. good service, rooms are not the greatest, but they where clean, and if you asked for anything, they will provide . we asked for extra blankets and towels when needed. and we didn't have any problems. the only thing that I was looking forward to was the hot tub, and it was not working. thank you, and if I go back , I would stay here. I do recommend it.」

「I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting room, stained towels and bedding, pool was not operating and was filthy. Man at front desk was not helpful at all. Truly bad experience 😪」
