However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!」

「Checking in wasn't too bad once we figured out where to go. The shower stopped up the first night so I called the front desk and was told 'I will let maintenance know" We never saw them or heard from them. So the next morning, I let housekeeping know about it being stopped up again and was told again....I will let maintenance know. Still nothing from anyone. I wasnt even able to take a shower because it was not draining at all. After being at Cedar Point all day, you really need to be able to...

「No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.」

「The rooms were very well cleaned and so was the hotel. The waterpark was awesome and was very nice for my two small children. The only problem during my stay was check-in . When we arrived at 4pm for check in we were told our room was not ready yet and that we would receive a text when it was. They allowed us still to go into the waterpark just a little inconvenient after you pay all that money to stay. 2 hours later by 6pm we still didn't receive a text so I went to the front where they told me...

「Felt like it was very understaffed. When we visited there was a closure of route 6. It would have been helpful to have an area map available and knowledgeable staff who could have directed us around the road closure to the main routes as opposed to starting the day frustrated from gps not realizing the road was closed.」

「The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!」
