"This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing!
We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life."

"The staff is amazing and very nice. Every request we had they were able to help with. They brought extra pillows and blankets to our room when we asked. The room was very clean and tidy. The whole hotel smelled amazing. The pool and hot tub are very clean and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we go to Sandusky. "

"Initial checkin was great. Super friendly and helpful staff also. The room was clean and well maintained. It was comfortable enough for us. We used it as a landing spot for our visits to Cedar Point. It was a bonus to have the water park and other fun activities there as well. What a great trip!! My kids loved this place!!
The ONLY negative thing I have to say is about the elevators. They are the slowest elevators I’ve used. Otherwise, we will be back again. "
