「I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. 「The price was right. The curtains need to cover the entire window and need to be room darkening. Sheets need to be replaced, show ware. Over all it was a good stay.」

「The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.」

「The owners are kind of rude who work during the day. But the evening staff is fantastic. Everything is clean. As well the best hot tub in the German Town area. I stayed a couple years ago when no other options were available. I have stayed 2-3 times a year since.」

「Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.」
