"The owners of the property rent rooms to what appears is a homeless shelter. The first night we arrived, there were four police cars in front and more officers taking info from one of the homeless guests that had been beaten. The breakfast was descent, but I will likely stay elsewhere the next trip to Saugerties."

"Clean room, staff, amenity options. Nicely sized and outfitted streamers. What could be improved— because it was winter: more/extra blankets in the drawers, additional space heater if possible since the streamers aren’t superbly insulated, or heat trapping curtains as an option, double check sealants because of drafts. "My wife and I have stayed there for 3 straight years during December. The rooms are always clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and the spa is always top notch. The town of Rhinebeck is beautiful, especially during the Christmas season, and the restaurants are incredible. We look forward to our next stay at Mirbeau Rhinebeck. "
