"I arrived quite late at night and left at breakfast the next morning so I didn’t interact with any staff. As such, I can really only review the room. The upside: my late arrival was accommodated with ease. Parking and getting to my room were simple and quick. The room itself was quite large, with a sitting area where one could unwind for the day. The downside: My room could use a refresh. The style is fussy, think artificial flowers and lace. The bathroom has the original fixtures and tub so...

"Our room, hallways, foyer, and dining area were spotlessly clean; the visitors' entrance to the pub was, for us, unique and very convenient. The pub food was excellent! Our room was tidy, well-maintained, and cool; moreover, it was insulated against any street / adjacent room noise. My only quibble: the lobby's water dispenser didn't work. Otherwise, we would definitely return."
