"Everything was great during my stay at Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel. The only thing that I’d like to see is a courtesy shuttle to be added between the hotel and the outlet mall nearby and also to the closest SkyTrain station in Richmond."

"Offered a very nice free buffet breakfast that was very good and well run. The room was not stocked with towels and facecloths for 6 people. There were only 2 facecloths and 3 towels. There was no one available to bring the extra towels to the room . But they were provided , if we went to the front desk to retrieve. And we were told there were no extra facecloths available. Preparation for the guests could be improved."

"Hotel room was beyond my expectations - what an incredible view from the bedroom window as well! Jetted tub and rainfall shower were highlights. I could imagine this as a cosy get away in the winter where the fire place would add to the ambience (definitely not needed for my summer stay). Breakfast was superb, staff was friendly and Kaeden was welcoming for both the check in and check out. I was able to relax at the pool until time to depart for a late afternoon ferry. One thing that was a little disappointing was people "reserving" pool loungers and leaving their towels, books and bags while they disappeared for 2-2.5 hours meaning other guests were not able to enjoy the loungers around the pool and hot tub."

"I felt like I walked into an IKEA showroom... very modern, clean and all amenities you'd ever need, especially for a longer stay. I was only in for one night, but the dual AC inverters were much appreciated and the bed was comfortable. The boardwalk was just outside the patio door, which was great!"
