「I had a very pleasant day in this hotel the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I used the pool, which was clean. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were helpful. The main problems are maintenance and cleanliness. The carpets were filthy and need to be dry cleaned.」

「the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. 」
