The amenities like the complimentary snack bar, beach towels, bottled waters in the room are just some examples. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely make a return visit!"

"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"This property is definitely a hidden gem on Melbourne Beach. The remodeled modern style rooms are quaint and perfect, as we had an ocean facing room and couldn’t have asked for a better view. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely hospitable and courteous. You will need to drive a ways for food and entertainment, but the stay was definitely worth it! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! I’ll be back! Thanks "

"We were visiting for 5 days for our daughter's graduation at Florida Tech. The hotel was conveniently located for this purpose. Our suite room was lovely, large, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We could walk right to the beach from the hotel deck and restaurant. The pool area was great and was serviced by the bar so drinking pina colindas by the pool was relaxing. We would love to come back in the future. "
