"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. "Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"Marta and her family were truly amazing - went above and beyond to look after us! Such a lovely welcome to have not one but two bottles of their very own (tasty!) wine plus a vase of wild flowers from the extensive grounds. Marta has enormous local history knowledge which she willingly shared with us. Thoroughly recommend the wine tasting experience - very informative as well as delicious. So hope to return."

"Este hotel es excepcionalmente bello, unico y perfecto para unas vacaciones en la Toscana. La propiedad esta impecable al igual que las habitaciones, super limpias, cómodas y A/C super fuerte (no muy comunes en Europa) Staff fue muy amable y la cena espectacular. Es un deleite caminar la propiedad. Literalmente en cada metro puede tomarte una foto de ensueños. Recomendamos este hotel 200%. Esta a solo minutos de Cortona una linda ciudad para visitar. Villa de Piazzano te dejara en shock con su belleza desde que vienes por la carretera entre una hilera interminable de pinos cipreses. Simplemente Stunning."
