「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly. 「I tend to book last minute, and I never hesitate to book at one of the Cleveland Residences. Above all, the team makes the difference. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests, and someone is always either physically present at the property or a phone call away. Highly recommend.」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」
