「Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Stari Grad Sarajevo (Old Town) with a walking distance of 2 minutes to the bazaar (Baščaršija). The hotel is well maintained and modernized. The rooms looked just like their own pictures. We stayed on the third floor and the views we had both in the morning and around...

「Overall good. Just the room located next to the laundry room is not too nice. 」

「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」

「Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.」
