Room was okay. Half the lights in the room did not work and not very bright, needs to be fixed. Freezer didn’t work well (all my ice cream melted). There was some dust under and behind the bed. This hotel is in a great location for visiting Sapporo. A lot of things in the area are walkable, including the subway which gives you even more options for exploring Sapporo. Staff were so friendly and the amenities were great.
