Very quiet stay away from the city core. If you’re looking for nightlife or late night dining, it might be difficult to find spots. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location close to the centre and also to the main park which was perfect as we were there for the snow festival. The room was very small but designed in such a way that it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the property is clean, the service is a bit creepy and poor. they tried to charge me again at check-in for my reservation despite the fact that I reserved through hotels.com and prepaid the rate. the location is convenient to the trolley that runs around town. the property is dark, and the rooms small and poorly lit. it probably hasn't been renovated since the 90's or early 2000's.

When they say "business hotel" we now know it means very small rooms. No English language TV channel. Short walk to Odori Park and Susuchino district was good.

通院の為、一泊利用しました。 部屋は清潔で普通でしたが部普通あるはずのウェルカムドリンク、歯ブラシ等がエレベーター前にありいちいち取りに行かないといけなかった点と朝食が金額のわりにバイキングではなかった点が残念でした。次回、もし利用するきかいがあったとしたら素泊まりでの利用になると思います。 き

朝食がいまいちでした。 他のホテルでは、コロナ禍も開けバイキングやブッフェなどが再開してます。 が、このホテルでは「コロナ禍のため、しばらくバイキングは、停止してます」の張り紙がしてあり、実施されていません。朝食は、すでに出来上がり個別に盛り付けてある和食プレートが出され、ご飯と味噌汁とロールパンのおかわりが自由となっています。 その他、コーヒー、牛乳、オレンジジュースごおかわり可能です。 この和食プレートですがネットの画像の明らかに違い、サンマの煮付けなどは缶詰その他も冷食や完成品の惣菜を少しずつ盛り付けただけの気がします。鶏卵や温泉たまごなどはありません。これが９８０円と思うと考えさせられます。 他のホテルではバイキングで1,200〜1,400円などかある中、一考の余地ありです。 人それぞれでしょうが、これならすき家や吉野家の朝食セット(焼き鮭定食など)が、500円以下で食べられますしコスパも良いでしょう。 メリットもあり、駐車場代がなんと無料です。これは、結構大きいです。 札幌周辺のホテルでは、 駐車場代が550〜1,600円くらいします。 なのでとてもお得に感じます。 私が次回このホテルを利用するとしたら、素泊まりで利用し、駐車場代を節約し札幌観光を満喫します。

札医大病院に地方から通院のため。 掃除が行き届いているようで清潔です。 ただ、換気を止めるとバスルームが雑巾臭が。古いから仕方がないのかな。
