Downtown São Paulo is in very poor shape and I probably would not have stayed at this place if I had known. My room had bugs and felt like a cheap motel meets student dorm. I prefer not to leave anything too negative, so I’ll focus on the positives: gym, pool, location to nearby bars.

Interesting stay

It is missing the knowledge of English language by the side of the staff but they want to communicate anyway, if you know some Portuguese word they will do the best to understand you. If it's necessary they are using Google translater to understand you. Unfortunately the door of our suite was broken and they couldn't change it.

Apart from location and views 360 República has a lot to improve - customer service is terrible. Poor communication, problems with tv, internet and malfunctioning equipment at the gym. You can do better!

I have stayed in the same building under Akile Downrtown Suites and it was fine, but under the 360 Suites management, it was a nightmare! Over 3.5 hours to finally get checked in! The mattress was hard as a board. After the 2nd day, I requested a room move due to the mattress and it took nearly 3 hours to make the move, then no wifi. we packed up and moved to another hotel that day. I will never stay under that management again! I have to give lots of credit to the front door security named Uli. He was amazing and went above and beyond trying to help us out but they can only do so much. I paid up front for the insurance and I'm hoping it may help in this situation. I was also charged and additional cleaning fee to move to another room, which had to be paid in advance to move. I never slept or used in of the facilities in the 2nd room, since there was no wifi. Once we vacated that property, we were able to enjoy the rest of our 3 days left in Sao Paulo. The first 2 days were a nightmare!!!!! The rooms looked like a "stripped down" version of the room I stayed in, in May of this year in the same building under Akile Downtown Suites!

hi guys, communication was terrible; only in portuguese; nobody to help me check-in; so much broken; like the Toilet seat was not fixed, the couch completely torned down, even a night stand light was hanging around; pretty dangerous was that the electricity was not propery worked; so dangerous...

The toilet was leaking water. So much so that it even pass through the bathroom wall into the bedroom. Got all my shoe wears soaked. For the price that I payed to start in the property this is unacceptable. Also send a message for the property administrators about the leaking issue and it haven’t received any response yet. For all the inconvenience I should receive a refund of my money.

Ótimo apartamento. Bem localizado na praça da República. Mercados e Metrô ao lado. Só a pia do banheiro que está entupindo e o secador de cabelo que estava queimado. Mas recomendo.

Grande elefante branco

Grande elefante branco. O Setin Downtown Praça da República foi construído para ser uma grande promessa, mas atualmente são aptos desatualizados e precisando de reforma. Fiquei em um apto localizado no quarto andar, com um espaço/ tipo cozinha, quarto, banheiro e varanda. Com vista para o prédio (Setin Downtown Nova República) ao lado, totalmente sem privacidade. Pontos positivos: a academia conservada, mirante (14º andar), piscina e sauna (25º andar) e funcionários da portaria atenciosos. Pontos negativos: No espaço comum, a piscina parecia estar precisando de manutenção/ limpeza, a maioria das pessoas somente utilizavam o espaço para tomar sol. No apto, a pia da cozinha estava sem funcionar, e pelo estado parecia que estava muito tempo sem uso. Sobre eletrodomésticos, tinha somente um microondas e uma sanduicheira. A roupa de cama e as toalhas estavam com cheiro de guardado/ mofo. O ar-condicionado demorou para gelar, e mesmo assim, depois ficou vazando água no quarto. A parte externa (condensadora) do ar-condicionado está na varanda, com isso fica um calor. Na varanda não existe muita privacidade, dá para ver os hóspedes do quarto ao lado. E torça para não ter nenhum fumante no apto ao lado, o cheiro acaba entrando no local, se deixar a porta da varanda aberta. Por estes fatores, acabei indo para outra hospedagem antes do final da estadia. Principalmente por conta dos lençóis e toalhas com cheiro de mofo. Entrei em contato com a central do 360 Suites e nada foi feito.

Faltaram itens na acomodação, por exemplo, não tinha UMA COLHER, UMA XÍCARA, itens básicos. Só deixaram um shampoo e um sabonete pequeno para 04 dias de estadia. No mais tudo muito bom.

Quarto espaçoso

O local é bem seguro com duas portarias, porteiro simpático e prestativo. A entrada por senha no quarto é uma excelente alternativa, mas, a senha é enorme e o teclado tá gasto e as vezes vc precisa digitar várias vezes até funcionar. O quarto é bem grande, chuveiro maravilhoso, com muita pressão, mas, o box tá meio entupido e acumula muita água no chão em poucos segundos. A pia da cozinha poderia ter sabão líquido e o quarto não tem acustica nenhuma, vc ouve todo barulho do lado e de cima. Aluguei um quarto com cama box king e poltrona e recebi um quarto com cama box de casal comum e sem poltrona.

Foi excepcional! Prédio muito bem localizado, segurança extrema, contém lavanderia e um mini mercado dentro, além da piscina e do mirante. Não tem nada de negativo, a não ser a própria região de SP, onde você deve cuidar e MUITO com o seu celular mas isso já nos é avisado quando entramos no prédio. O melhor foi o atendimento da 360 referente a dúvidas e até mesmo sobre o apto. Excelente! Irei voltar com toda a certeza.

Pontos positivos e negativos

Pontos positivos: metrô na esquina., funcionários educados e competentes, dois portões ( pre entrada e entrada), o que não nos permite ficar na rua para o chik-in ,apartamento e prédio novos e limpos, travesseiros ótimos, cama corfortavel, vista deliciosa, andar superior da piscina fantástico! A noite, rua silenciosa. Internet rápida Pontos negativos: localização perigosíssima cheia de moradores de rua e ladrões. Fétida! O banheiro tem uma ducha maravilhosa, mas com um ralo lento, que se o banho for prolongado forma uma piscina, necessitando desligar, esperar descer a água e religar a ducha. O mesmo ocorre com a pia do banheiro, água fria e quente, porém demora séculos pra água descer no ralo. A soleira entre banheiro e quarto é alta, fácil tropeçar e cair. A privacidade durante o dia é boa, já que quem está lá fora não vê dentro. Já a noite, só fechado as cortinas. A noite, sentada na sacada, me deparei com o reflexo do apartamento ao lado ( como espelho) no vidro da minha sacada e infelizmente vi pessoas trocando de roupa ( pois não fecharam as cortinas). Levantei rapidamente e fui para dentro, ou seja a privacidade no apartamento não é a das melhores, precisa tomar cuidado! Não há faca de pão na cozinha, ajudaria muito se tivesse. É isso...

Qualidade razoável, pouco profissional e cordial

Por ser um apart hotel, a empresa deveria mandar os dados de acesso ao prédio para o check-in a partir das 15h. A empresa não o fez, apenas depois de muita insistência, foi enviado formalmente através do hoteis.com às 17:28 do primeiro dia de estadia. Equipe completamente desorganizada e em relação à pontualidade, claro que em relação ao check-in, pois o check-out foi pontualmente às 12h. Apartamento completo, todos os utensílios necessários, porém com paredes sujas, poeira nos moveis e limpeza deixando a desejar. Wi-fi de péssima qualidade, não é estável o suficiente nem para que a smart-TV se conecte ao netflix. Localização regular, fácil acesso, porém com número considerável de assaltos, porteiros não permitem aguardar na portaria enquanto checam informações, expondo hóspedes há 5-10min com malas e mochilas em ambiente perigoso.
