A very basic hotel with no parking, but it served its purpose in São Paulo — just a place to sleep before heading back home.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. Pessimo atendimento. Café da manhã com café pão e manteiga, só uma toalha durante a estadia, só de banho. Não tem lugar pra por sabonete nem pendurar toalha, não tem papel higiênico. Não arrumam o quarto. Peeeeessssimo.

Foi muito boa a hospedagem, as meninas da recepção são maravilhosas se esforçam para prestar um bom atendimento. O café da manha é simples mas saboroso inclusive o pão de queijo e os bolos. Eu senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Eu indico o hotel ❤️

O lugar é simples, isso eu ja sabia, mas o quarto é muito apertado, tao pequeno que a pia do banheiro fica no quarto, nao tem divisao entre o chuveiro e o vaso, se for tomar banho molha todo o banheiro. O quarto onde fiquei nao tinha ventilação e estava cheirando a mofo. Eu sei que o valor é baixo, mas acredito que pequenos detalhes devem ser primados para fazer com que o hospede queira voltar. O café da manhã eu nao tomei porque ja tinha lido que era apenas pão com manteiga e café com leite. O estafe é muito gentil, todos os funcionários noa trataram muito bem, esse fato é o único ponto positivo.
