「It's completely self serve from the moment you walk in to the check out. The owners though respond via WhatsApp within 5 minutes. I had no issues at all with my stay- it's right next to the beach. Room was very nice and clean and I had my own outdoor area. The only thing is that it is a bit far from Bari center. Bus drivers are nice though and will help you get around. I recommend learning some Italian phrases as not many people speak english.」

「The property needs some TLC as our room had numerous in-progress drywall repairs and towel bars were pulled from the wall, black stains on the grout in the shower. There was no A/C but luckily we didn't need it too much. The host was congenial and the bed very comfortable. The property is close to the airport. 」

「We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. 」

「Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean place and nice rooms. Only down fall is it’s a little dated. Could use some updates. Other than that it’s a very nice place. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh eggs your way made to order with a barista on standby to make your espresso or cappuccino. 7/10 I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.」

「We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. 「Nice place, a bit remote, but with walking distance of a grocery store. Just know that if you stay less than 6 days at this hotel there will be a high Access charge for the umbrella and lounge chair Oceanside area and pool (which looks so Beautiful in the photos). We did stay at The Hotel Lafayette on both sides of our cruise out of Bari so they worked it out that we could avoid the access charge, which we were very thankful to the Managers efforts to work it all out.
