La caldera del agua caliente no funcionaba bien, daba fallos, el agua podia salir ardiendo o congelada, iba cambiando cada 2 minutos, así que eso fue lo más problemático de la estancia.」

「This is a nice nh hotel in Santander . The parking was convenient . It’s near a very good restaurant called “El Bonito “ which was recommended by our receptionist. The breakfast buffet was average and was not so good compared tot the other nh hotels though the service here is better . Since this is an nh collection and not an nh cuidad .. the amenities are not very good. I didn’t see a gym in the hotel . The lobby was nice but sparse . But what stands out is the service .
