The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff were excellent, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast catered for all our vegetarian and vegan needs. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and looked lovely. It is well located between the town and the beaches. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The provision of an emergency toiletries kit was very thoughtful, just in case we had forgotten to pack something.

Excellent in every way

Everything in every way perfect. Nothing was bad or needed improvement. Staff, hotel everything perfect. Easy parking, tasteful breakfast, quiet rooms. We made a deal, when we return to Santander we will stay here absolutely again.

Lovely hotel in stunning surroundings

Really good hotel in a stunning location, staff were super friendly and the buffet breakfast was good and well stocked. We had the Campos des Sport room which had a lovely balcony overlooking the park, with stunning sun rise views. The area is also stunning, but very hilly which wasnt a problem for us, but maybe for others. All in all a cracking hotel

Great location in a quiet area of town but walkable to beach and all the action. Rooms are clean and a very good breakfast. Front desk staff a very helpful. Parking available on site for a fee of 10€. It’s not n easy place to park, so it is recommended to use the onsite. Pro tip: day trip to wine region is worth it for a day trip. Nice little pizza shop nearby with very good thin crust pizza.

Stay was great, easy, comfortable. The room felt so clean it could’ve been brand new. Staff was great and helpful with late check in instructions and good breakfast. Only slight downside is that walls are thin enough and area quiet enough to hear the people above/next door fairly easy at night. Just add your own white noise or earplugs and you’re set.

Very Nice Stay at this Impeccable Clean Hotel. Staff very friendly & accomodating. [Let me check in early] Hotel is about a 25 min walk to the centre of town but it’s a nice walk especially along the waterfront. Hotel is in the El Sardinero Area with a few nice beaches. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby should you not want to go too far. I think I’ll be back here and will bring my wife so thats a good testimony !!

We stayed in the Gran Casino suite on the top (3rd floor) at the back of the hotel. Very quiet next to lift and opposite one other room. Large balcony. Good shower with plenty of hot water, although was a struggle to keep the sliding bathroom door closed! Comfy bed with sofa in room. Toiletries available. Good continental breakfast available between 8.30 and 11.00. Fabulous location. About 5 minute walk downhill to the seafront. Lots of restaurants nearby. Puertochico area walkable in about 20 minutes. Would recommend El Serbal restaurant as a treat.
