The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order. The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance.

Convenient next to a shopping center: Brothers Cafe, Mountain Mikes Pizza, Liquor Store, Laundry, etc Quiet neighborhoods. Beds are very comfortable, I didn’t like the bathtub because it seems like is clogged don’t drain properly the very last night I wasn’t able to take shower because the water didn’t drain, they don’t have maintenance on weekends.

Super nice staff! Property is kept clean. Easy parking. My one complaint is that the mattress needs to be replaced, it was like you were sleeping directly on the box spring. No padding at all.

Old, run down location. Property changed hands 3 times in 4 months. Was listed as Park Inn by Radisson when booked but was Super 8 when arriving. Hotel had lost the reservation. The desk staff were great but the property needs help.

No fridge or coffee machine in the room. The area outside shows trash around. The show head is by far to low for people around 6 feed or larger. The furnature is a little simple, with some scatches and old, but working. There was free coffee at the reception in the morning. The place is not noisy and has a nice pool environment, also the staff was very friendly.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room stunk like if someone just had smoked a cigarette in the room with the door closed. The second room, TV and AC didn't work. The third room, smelled like dirty feet when you walked in. The concrete on the walk ways were so filthy. Unbelievable experience. We were traveling from Sacramento and needed a room for one night. Never again.

Nobody answering the phones. No management available to address issuea or reservations. Had an issue with a late arrival and nobody was available to coordinate for a two night stay. Canceled the remaining nights at the hotel without regard.

There was pubic hair in the bathroom, shower curtains had a bad odor. Curtains need readjustments you can see the corner of each room from outside, floors are lifting, un-level tub. Towels had black specks on them.
