「You get what you pay for. Very basic accommodations- but it did the job for one night sleep. Bed wasn’t that comfortable either. Noisy as the walls are paper thin. My husband said the room smelled weird too but I didn’t notice much. The staff was kind and helpful so that’s why I gave more stars.」

「The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!」

「Staff is amazing. Got a room in third floor, thw noise was impossible for sleeping, couldn't sleep a bit. Third floor and no elevator but amazing staff to help. You must let them know in advance what you want for breakfast and time to get it to your room.」
