"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. "I booked this hotel as it had Parking stated for fee , however, upon arrival, no parking available, which made me have to go look for parking and roll bags around , also coffee machine broken. Hotel outdated overall. Great location though. If you’re there for a short period of time this is a good spot."

The hotel is well located and parking is very much appreciated. Breakfast was the same each day but plentiful with good variety. We’d stay here over a 5 star any day."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice. The location is excellent for walkers in the summer and skiers in the winter as several runs end at the hotel and the cable car is a one minute walk away. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There were live singers in the lounge one evening which was fun and added to our enjoyment It wasn’t clear when we booked that there is a charge of €17 per person per day to use the pool and gym, which was very disappointing and very expensive for a family of 5 to have a quick swim before dinner, so we didn’t bother. This should have been made clear before booking. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend staying here."
