This hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area. Our room was impeccable with a great view on the mountains. Our dinner at the hotel was excellent. Easy parking and very welcoming staff.

One of the best hotels in Catalonia!

We stayed all over Catalonia and this was our favourite hotel by far. The views are simply breathtaking, the outside pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and staff couldn’t do more to help us! The views alone make this hotel wonderful value! We left feeling fully relaxed and plan to come back!

Wonderful location in the mountains within easy walk to town. Very close and easy drive for a day trip to Andora. Beautiful pool and wonderful steam room to enjoy after a day out touring . Staff couldn’t have been nicer or accommodating . Breakfast was excellent.

Couldn't do enough to help

The owner couldn't do enough for us when we didn't want to leave the hotel for some food as the children were tired. They created some simple light food options for us to enjoy on the beautiful terrace. The pools were amazing, so clean and the views were spectacular.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and so are the views of the Pyrenees from the rooms. But, the best part of my stay was interacting with the wonderful people who worked at the hotel. The women at the front desk were friendly, knowledgable and professional. And the 2 managers that I met were the same. They gave me recommendations on where to stop on my way back to Lisbon and also made the hotel reservation for me! The staff was quick to help and did it with a smile. It was an excellent 3 nights and I would not hesitate to return.

Very friendly staff and great dinner!

Incredibly friendly staff at all levels (Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Spa), amazing food for dinner at the restaurant. Two issues prevent this place from getting top marks: we didn't have hot water for the first night and first morning in the shower. Secondly, due to some older infrastructure there is a knocking noise we heard throughout both nights which was the heating system working. The noise kept us from sleeping well and we left the hotel quiet tired. We did tell management and they took our concerns seriously and tried to compensate, however it's just a shame to not rest well after long days in the snow in nearby Andorra.

Great spot

Enjoyed 2 nights. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Great location. The history of the hotel site is wonderful - The saunas were great - enjoyed the outside pool for a few hours. Great views from the pool deck - Room was a great size and nice view from the balcony. - Fantastic continental breakfast. Negatives: - Beds were far too firm for our liking. Of course, this is all in your personal preference but we had trouble getting comfortable. - The outdoor hot tubs were not “hot” during our stay and staff could not rectify the issue. Overall, this Would appear to be the best option in La Seu d’Urgell. Our understanding from the staff is that they have been open for about six months. There is some repairs to the roof ongoing, we heard nothing during our stay.

An absolutely wonderful find! Highly recommended for Mountain views and the service was excellent , from start to finish. Dinner in the terrace was well worth it! Swimming and jacuzzi were good. Highly recommend 👍

C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit!

Hay que mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas

El hotel en sí está situado en buen lugar para desconectar y sin ser una zona masificada de turismo extranjero pero le hace falta mantenimiento. Zona jacuzzi y demás está un poco dejado. La habitación grande y no le falta detalle. Camas cómodas aunque solicité de matrimonio y no fue así para ser un 4 estrellas le falta ganarse esas estrellas
