It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out.

Bon hotel

Séjour absolument pas prévu mais franchement bien accueilli, Sur place, gel douche, shampooing, brosse a dent, kit de rasage, bouteille d’eau a disposition. Hôtel propre. Seul bémol, parking payant (15€ la nuit) Sinon rien a redire.

Coincidí con varios colegios y a partir de ahí fue muy incómodo. Niños salvajes son n casi control. Tuve que pedir que bajaran la calefacción. Era una sauna. El desayuno bien. La cena cara y mala.

Virkelig god oplevelse

Vi kom til Andorra om Aftenen og skulle blot bruge et værelse for natten, og valgte derfor det billigste. Det virkede dog på ingen måder som det billigste. Det var et stort 3 personers værelse med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Super lækre senge og et stort badeværelse med karbad :) Tillige var der privat parkering for 15 € pr. døgn. Billigt i forhold til alt andet parkering. Til sidst skal personalet nævnes. De var rigtig hjælpsomme og imødekommende uden at presse os en masse ting på. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Mediocre

La habitación que nos asignaron necesitaba una reforma. Estaba limpia pero la papelera del baño rota, la ducha con cortina y las piezas del baño y alicatado anticuados. El armario no tenía puertas y el dormitorio requiere una mano de pintura. Cierto es que el personal era agradable, pero el buffet del desayuno de variedad reducida, y a las 10:30 lo comienzan a retirar todo, incluso el agua que si pides debes abonar, una vez la han retirado El parking de pago caro, 15€ día. Por otro tiene billar, futbolín y otros juegos, de pago, por supuesto. Si volviera a Andorra no repetiría en este Hotel, pues para ser de tres estrellas dejaba mucho que desear.

Atención impresionante recomiendo

Estuve en hotel encamp y las instalaciones están bien .pero lo que destacaría de el es la atención del personal destacando a Ludmila.jamicheber.(recepción) y el cocinero y juan el camarero del buffet. Regresaré si voy por la zona pues estuvimos muy cómodos .mi hijo se puso malo y las atenciones hacía el niño fueron de 10 gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.al saber del mal estar de mi hijo el gerente también fue muy atento Felices fiestas y próspero año 2023

Un week-end pour goûter aux joies de caldea. Une a deux lits jumelle aux matelas très durs beaucoup de bruit venant de l'avenue et des clients du dessus, je met en doute une bonne isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner correct.
