Nice place for a stay in Santa Cruz

It was a great Appartement for a stay in Santa Cruz. Very polite staff, great communication and helpful recommendations for our stay. The only thing I would like to point out is the faucet in the bathroom. Due to poor positioning, the water runs along the side of the sink when you use it and causes moderate flooding in the bathroom. Otherwise, great accommodation with 24-hour staff.

I did not like the fact 1. put us in the wrong room then switched us to a room that had a glaring light in the second room from the room next door to us. 2. the advertisement clearly said no pets 3. there was a pet upstairs and one downstairs as you walk into the lobby just hanging out with no owner.
