Apesar de algumas restrições como a limitação para aquisição de produtos externos, o funcionamento da sauna apenas à noite e o fechamento da piscina e da hidromassagem às 22h, tudo isso é facilmente compensado por um motivo especial: a Conceição. Ela é simplesmente incrível! Extremamente carismática, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto, faz com que a experiência no hotel seja ainda mais acolhedora e especial. Sua energia transforma o ambiente e conquista qualquer hóspede. Sem dúvida, ela é um dos maiores diferenciais do Porto Bali Hotel. Que sorte a nossa termos sido recebidos por alguém tão dedicada e gentil! Eu e meu namorado, Igor, viramos fã dela! 💗

Boa experiência

O hotel tem um atendimento muito bom, tudo que precisamos conseguiram nos ajudar, bem solícitos, e educados. Gostei também da estrutura, adorei a piscina que é gigante, tinha a hidro também bem espaçosa, porém não é muito quente. Café da manhã bom, mas acabavam demorando um pouco pra repor alguns alimentos, achei que faltou mais variedade durante os dias, que se repetia em todos os dias que fiquei hospedada. Quarto achei espaçoso para duas pessoas, mas a cama e travesseiros são desconfortáveis, as camas são muito duras e travesseiros finos. Um ponto ruim pra mim, foi a localização que é muito longe de vários pontos turísticos, e como fui sem carro, tive dificuldade em pedir uber.

Muito bom.

Muito boa!! Um lugar bem tranquilo e de fácil acesso as praias de Coroa Vermelha, Santa Cruz Cabralia e Santo André. Junto ao hotel tem também uma pizzaria maravilhosa. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados.

Estadia razoável. O ponto mais fraco, de longe foi o café da manhã. Ficamos 9 dias hospedados. Os pães de forma eram sobras de pães de outros dias, que eles aproveitam e “montavam” outro pão, você pegava fatias já ressecadas. Os pãezinhos tbm todos duros, de uns 2 dias pelo menos. Os frios não ficam resfriados e em quantidade mínima, você ia pegar e o queijo chega estava derretido, pois ficam em cima do balcão em temperatura ambiente. Mesma coisa para as manteigas e cream cheese que ficam derretidas. O açúcar não é sachê individual e sim um açucareiro todo empelotado com uma colher encrostada dentro, particularmente acho bem pouco higiênico. Não há pegadores e açucareiros suficientes para todas as mesas, vc tem que ficar pedindo emprestado em outra mesa. Acho desconfortável. Outro ponto negativo é que não pode usar o frigobar para gelar nem uma água secar, sob pena de multa diária. Também não pode pedir delivery ou entrar com alimentos e tudo que for consumido deve ser do hotel. Essa prática na verdade é inconstitucional, abusiva e configura venda casada. Fica uns 40 minutos de Porto Seguro então recomendo alugar um carro. A praia da frente não tem estrutura alguma, além de ser de tombo com fortes ondas, impossibilitando o banho. No demais as fotos condizem. A piscina é boa, quarto grande, pizza gostosa, e os donos são atenciosos.

Picina quente não funciona, falaram que estava em manutenção,segundo dia falaram que estava funcionando porem não estava colocaram a culpa na energia solar água fria e extremamente suja,muito cloro sem condições de permanecer no local,a praia fica em frente porém tem uma rodovia movimentada entre hotel e praia e sem condições nenhuma de uso cheio de mata que não te dar acesso a utilização da mesma,só opitei pelo o hotel devido a picina quente ou seja ficamos 2 dias e não utilizamos da mesma e ao questionamos ao funcionário o mesmo não nos deu nenhum tipo de explicação apenas está em manutenção,mas vejo que manutenção se dar no inicio de semana

Para quem busca tranquilidade.

Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. A limpeza ok, as toalhas precisam ser renovadas. A TV é o ponto fraco, só pega os canais abertos e mesmo assim com imagem analógica. Wi-Fi bom. A melhor parte é a piscina, muito boa e grande. A sauna não estava funcionando. O restaurante é muito bom, as pizzas são deliciosas. A praia em frente é ótima e vazia. Gostei da localização por estar afastado do tumulto de Porto Seguro.

Proibido levar refrigerantes ou água para o frigobar, só pode comprar do hotel ou você será MULTADO, ISSO MESMO, MULTADO, MESMO QUE VC GOSTE DE REFRIGERANTES MAS SÓ CONSUMA REFRIGERANTES ZERO( O QUE NÃO TEM NO FRIGOBAR!). VI UM CASAL SENDO REPREENDIDO PUBLICAMENTE E EM ALTA VOZ NO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ PELO FATO DE ESTAREM SEM MÁSCARA POR UM FUNCIONÁRIO QUE TAMBÉM ESTAVA SEM MÁSCARA!!!!Concordo que devemos usar máscaras, mas poderia ser mais discretos, e deveriam USAR MÁSCARAS!!! Outro ponto: travesseiros horríveis ( finíssimos)!
