「Neat simple hotel, as described in the pitures, clean, nice mountain view, in the center of the town and easy drive to Piana Degli Albanesi. Breakfast was included with the rate and the restaurant also serves dinner. Their cannolis were amazing and was lucky to try them as they only serve them during certain seasons. At first wanted to stay one night but ended up staying two. Wonderful owners, friendly, and helpful.」

「I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel.」

「I want to start by saying that the hosts are absolutely some of the kindest people I have met in Palermo. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It may have been my own oversight for not paying closer attention to the lack of an elevator and the type of accommodation this is. The rooms themselves were very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered excellent value for the price. However, our room was one of only a handful located...
