「We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay 」

「Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions. Tons or bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance. The only downfall was there was an odor in the downstairs bathroom which we addressed. It smelled like a sewer. 「The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. The property overlooks a very beautiful garden (not part of the property), where there are two very friendly dogs — our kids...

「The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well (e.g. walkable distance from Archeological museum of Naples), and also metro station is close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful all the time.
