Excellent hotel. Comes with breakfast a for a great price in Santa Barbara which is rare. It’s an older property but it’s very well kept.

Checked into two rooms for a night. Bathrooms were clogged. Bath tubs are not clean. Room telephones were out of service. Very slow room service.
