"The receptionist ladies are very, very nice, but I only gave 3 stars in the staff category because this hostel has the worst cleaning person I have ever met out of over 100 hostels I have stayed in. One time she yelled and screamed at me, I would not feel bad if she just peacefully talked to me. "I've been to many hostels in my life, but without eveb one hesitation - this is the nicest looking hostel from all of it. It has a brilliant style and it looks like every cm of the place is deeply thought through. Well done guys! The only teeny tiny thing that I might suggest is to put one more shelve in the ladies bathroom - there is not much space for the toiletries when there are a couple of girls in there at once. "

"We had a very small apartment. It could have been cleaner, the toilet was smelly and not clean, the shower was very hard to use and the bedding looked grubby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were woken one night at 2pm by the sound of two men talking in the courtyard and the smell of their cigarettes filling our room."

"We spent an idyllic week at Residence Terra Rossa in April. We found the landscaped gardens inside the gated property to be delightfully peaceful with beautiful views of the coast below. The manager was extremely helpful with directions and information ahead of our arrival, making our late evening arrival and self check-in very smooth and stress free.
