The staff at City-In Hostel was very welcoming and the overall atmosphere was nice. It's just a 2 minutes walk to Piazza Duomo. I would recommend a stay here!

Loved the artwork on the property, friendly staff checked me in and made me feel welcome in Catania right away, it was my first time visiting so they recommended me some good things to do such as visit mount Etna. Good place for short stays or budget accommodation. Close to centre and bus services. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Facilities were good and cleaned daily. Staff were very helpful, the head cleaner is a bit abrupt but she just wants to get the cleaning done on time.

I like everything! Location, kitchen is well stocked, love their colours and paintings throughout but especially in my room. Natalia is super helpful as are the rest of the staff. Often hard to find a place that doesn't reek of strong cleaning products. This place ticks all the boxes!

It is a nice spot, especially traveling alone. Very inexpensive dormitory accommodations. Staff and guests were friendly and relaxed, and common areas are pleasant. The area around is excellent, near a cooperative bookstore and wine bar and the excellent museum at Castillo Ursino. Very congenial—not much privacy and no frills lodgings, but a good experience.
