「I want to thank Rosy for retrieving the coffee mug that I left in the dishwasher when we checked out. She was very pleasant about doing me the favor and promptly called me when she found it in the unit.」

「Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that...

「My husband and I were schedule to be at Oceans reach from 8/31/17 to 9/10/17. Upon check in we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. Our condo was very nice and furnished in a very pleasing beach theme. We did have to be evacuated from the island due to hurricane Irma, but even that was handled so well. We will be returning. 」

「The condo I rented was well kept & clean. Only complaint would be no ice maker, which was not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience 」
