"Everything from A to Z was perfect in this property, they're very helpful, manager Kim Young Seok was super super polite, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and really took great care of us. Also on WhatsApp they keep following what you need and if everything is as I want, and the guide you to everything you want. Also about the room is super nice and clean, location great, we even found the room nicer and better than the images I saw on the website I used for reservation and that's a plus, I have stayed in many hotels around the world this is one of the top ones with no doubt...I totally recommend the place 100% .....!!!, about the kitchen and laundry has more than you need, you won't need anything at all. Everything available for you as a traveler and much more honestly."

"The hotel was conveniently located near Exit no. 1 of Busan Station. The thing I mentioned will be very little things but I think it’s important to point them out. There is no plug outlet in the bathroom. You can’t blow dry your hair in there. No matter how many people stay in the room, you will only be given two bottles of water everyday. We stayed in a three people room and were only given one room key. Our family friends stayed in a 6 ppl room and they were also only given one room key. There are tables and chairs in the lobby area for you to sit and eat your food purchased at the CU Nextdoor. Two microwaves available for you to use. Water dispenser is not available."
