「The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me」

「Very cool and great 」

「Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.」

「Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.」

「Check in was handled by an outstanding employee who answered every question and helped us with setting up bus transportation to the airport next morning. Sheck out employee was rude and unfriendly seemingly mad at me for thinking my bus was at 415 rather than 420. He was annoyed i took him off his computer maybe.」

「Always the best around!」

「Airport shuttle was great.」

「房內的設施都太老舊了。」
