The staff were great . My wife was in a wheelchair & they opened the room for us . Our room was very wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly & helpful . Our only complaint is the bad smell around the drained swimming pool.

What a nice little hotel! The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The room amenities were great. The breakfast was actually spectacular. It felt very safe. I did not check out the gym or pool but I wish I had.
Some of the front desk folks were more pleasant than others. My room had a view of the front parking lot, which was not great. I see that there were rooms on the other side of the hall that had beautiful views of a snowy wooded area, and I wished I had that view!

The hotel is new and very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had a hotel. The lobby area is large with lots of tables and seating options. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The only complaint is having to pay for parking. I didn't see anything on the website about it and was told when we checked in. It was not a downtown hotel; it seemed totally unnecessary. I don't like hidden fees.

Completely upgraded room, very clean, everything was excellent! As one review mentioned there is a train track across the highway and you can hear muffled voices in the adjacent room- but after a ski day when we sleep, we hear nothing!
