「Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.」

「Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks」

「We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular.」

「Have stayed here before and stayed again because of how nice the place is. The rooms are modern and equipped with netflix etc for you to use. When I got there I was told I’d been upgraded from my Superior Family Room however it was to a Superior Double Room which was a downside, however as soon as I mentioned that I’d booked the family room for the extra space due to work they fixed it straight away and put me in a bigger room. 「Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire」

「If I had to run an hotel - this would be it! Every aspect was excellent!」

「Wi-Fi provide but cannot access, very week. No hair drier provided even though ask for borrow. B&B but breakfast not included.」

「The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history」

「I would definitely recommend and stay here again Paying to park was perfectly acceptable but as I’m not too good at small print would have preferred it as optional directly when booking All features and amenities were well thought and and bed super comfy」

「Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...
