「Beautiful property and hospitable staff. A little gem. Would return. 」

「The property was pretty central, walking distance to eateries and shops, good parking. Stuart was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was your choice, plentiful, freshly cooked and my room was spotless, cosy bed and hot shower. I liked it a lot.」

「The room is on the 2nd floor , it is too small for a family, no table , no teeth brush , no hairdryer and shower gel provided . The stairs are too steep, quite dangerous if you have baby with you. My friend lived on 1 st floor , there is no bathroom inside the room, shared bathroom is outside, they didn’t realize that when they booked the room. 」

「The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Our bed was comfortable andbwe slept well. We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was lovely and very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back. 😀」

「Excellent! The service and attention from the owners is second to none! They really looked after us and our 2 girls, and ensured we had the best time! The location is great, and the views from the garden/lounge are absolutely breathtaking! 」

「David and Rosemary were over the top hosts. The property has extensive extras not seen elsewhere that add value to our experience and highly recommend this property. They offered excellent made to order breakfast, best on this South England trip. If we were in area, we would definitely stay at this property again. 」

「The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay, particularly because of the level of service. Great!」

「We stayed for 4 nights at Cornerhouse with Stuart and Linda and found them to be extremely helpful and the property convenient, comfortable, clean and well organised, you could go down for a continental style breakfast or it could be delivered to your room. Parking spaces were fine also their recommendations were great for local pubs alternative breakfasts etc.」

「We always enjoy our stay at the Ryedale Guest House. John & Hayley are always very welcoming. The rooms are first class, always clean and tidy, also with the extras, like hot chocolate, shortbread biscuits. small chocolate sweets, mints. The Breakfast varieties are very good.」
