「Our room was beautifully thought out with lovely relaxing decor. The bathroom was roomy and shower fantastic. We loved the fact breakfast wasn't included as we could make the most of a lie in ( bed was super comfortable). There are so many options to dine out for breakfast/brunch giving you a lot more flexibility. 」

「The hotel is very old and in some respects needs redecoration however we enjoyed a really good stay. The location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We both slept very well and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again」

「Lovely clean room & very little noise from the pub, which was absolutely rocking, on Saturday night. Helpful & friendly staff (who also sorted the heating for us). My Mum had the ground floor ‘accessible’ room as she has trouble with stairs & that’s AMAZING. It’s a great spot to access the town: love Buxton. Our second time there & will be returning. 」
