"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was coffee in the lobby available for guests all the time. Although the elevators were large and spacious, one elevator popped and cracked while operating. It made us quite uncomfortable and fearful it might break down when using it. The bathroom particularly the tub needed remodeling. The grout was old and cracked, but the shower had 2 head with only one that worked. We also couldn't figure out how to make water come out of the faucet to fill the tub. It would be nice if the sink area had a magnifying mirror."

"We had a parents weekend and this was the perfect spot for them, 1 story house with all the amenities, we cooked and had the best time together, the only thing that we wished they had was a BBQ grill! "
