「Staff was friendly, inside room was clean and comfortable for sleeping. Very quiet. Outside showing it's age. However, if you're looking for a budget friendly overnite it works. No refrigerator, coffee machine or microwave in room. No breakfast. There was coffee in the lobby, but you have to go outside and walk around the building to get to the office. It is a motel. 」

「Yes the gym was well equipped although I didn't use it. I did a lot of walking around the building and using the stairs to exercise. The AC was great loved it all 」

「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」
