Front desk clerk didn’t seem to know what she was doing when we checked in. Had to run credit card through 4 times. Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Surprised a linen cleaning fee was added to bill.

Room was clean and close to Airport. Every thing else was terrible. We were given a handicap room, which we didn't ask for. In the bathroom was 1 sm shampoo and 1 sm soap, no hand towels or klenex. It was okay. The eggs were not very good and sausages were burnt. The oatmeal was descent. The juice was very sweet and was from a machine so not good quality.

Love the smell of the lobby when you first walkin..not sure what they're pumping through the vents but it luxurious smelling. Nice quite place by the mall..only housing close by is Leisure World (55plus) and those folks aren't bothering anybody after 5pm..they're in bed!
