Front desk clerk didn’t seem to know what she was doing when we checked in. Had to run credit card through 4 times. Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Surprised a linen cleaning fee was added to bill.

Room was clean and close to Airport. Every thing else was terrible. We were given a handicap room, which we didn't ask for. In the bathroom was 1 sm shampoo and 1 sm soap, no hand towels or klenex. The room had a full kitchen but not a single glass, plate silverware or pot & pans, dishsoap or dish ...
