"Hotel rooms were clean, staffs were extremely friendly, breakfast was very good! Location was excellent close to restaurants and shopping."

"The staff went all out to make our stay feel the most confortable and welcoming I have ever felt in a hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable, they definitely went the extra mile. The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. It is just an amazing hotel."

"Very nice location!"

"Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price."

"We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. "Friendly staff and reasonable rates in a city that is usually quite expensive. Beautiful surroundings and of course a nice pool that the kids loved."
