"Best hotel experience ever & we’ve stayed in a lot of amazing hotels. Staff was exceptionally caring, spa was included, food with tremendous and location was excellent. Lugano is the most beautiful place in the world."

"After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"
