This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management. To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

Ask what the deposit is before you give cr car

Well, I was overcharged today as I extended my stay I’m going to be extending it an extra two days checking out Friday morning so I didn’t like how they charged me 300 a night plus a $500 deposit. I was very disappointed in that fact.

Door was very hard to work for a 4 star hotel. Key was fine but door handle extremely hard to push down. Tv remote worked terrible and had a hard time turning on.
